(This ouline was designed for a 10 week, 1 evening per week Seminar and may be modified to fit time availability) Topics may be changed, deleted or done at different points during the Seminar depending on particpants needs)

- Discussion on Anxiety, being curious and peeling the emotional onion of anxiety to explore underlying emotions of fear, depression, anger

- Review of 3 Questions to Balance Stress;
- The skill of using humor to deal with stress
- Discussion of key concepts of importance of humor in our live

- Post Traumatic Stress

WEEK 6
- Self Esteem discussion
- Recognizing our Strengths (Looking at the whole person & not just focus on weaknesses)
- Self Talk & Power of the Positive discussion
- Overcoming Depression discussion

- Dealing with the Trauma and Grief of Abuse

It is important to note that each Stress Seminar is tailored to the needs of the group and may vary depending on the goals expressed by the participants. Seminar goals are set in Week 1 and are determined through group discussion.
